Cookie Policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
Short version: we set the cookies needed to keep you signed in. If you say yes on our cookie banner we also use Google Analytics cookies to see how the site is used. If you say no, none are set.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage in your browser, do much the same job. This policy covers both.
What we set
- Sign-in and session: keeps you logged in as you move between pages, and keeps that session attached to the right account.
- Security: protects sign-in and form submissions against misuse.
These are strictly necessary: the platform cannot work without them, so under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations they do not require your consent. They are not used to track you across other websites.
Analytics, only if you accept
If you click Accept on our cookie banner, Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) so we can count visits and see which pages are used. They last up to two years, and Google keeps the reports for 14 months. We do not use them for advertising. If you click Decline, they are never set and the site works exactly the same.
What we do not set
No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking and no social media pixels. To change your answer about analytics, clear this site's cookies and stored data in your browser and the banner will ask you again.
Cookies from services you connect
If you connect Strava, you will be sent to Strava's own site to approve it, and Strava may set cookies there under its own policy. That happens on their site, not ours, and only if you choose to connect.
Managing cookies
Your browser can block or delete cookies for this site. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will sign you out and stop the platform working, but nothing else here depends on them.
