A Pledge, Recorded and Settled
We record your pledge: an amount per mile, the period it runs for, and a ceiling if you want one. Counted miles accrue against it, each period is recorded as an amount owed, and settlement is marked off against your payment reference. Nothing beyond your cap is ever owed.
Your Company Dashboard
Miles, activities and participation for your people over any period you choose, broken down by activity type and by week. Per-member figures appear only where at least five of your people have opted in to sharing.
Invite and Manage Your People
Invite colleagues with a link that expires after 14 days and can only be claimed by the address it was sent to. See who has joined, and end a membership when someone leaves.
Employee Privacy by Default
Sharing individual stats with an employer is off unless the employee turns it on, and per-member figures stay hidden below five opted-in members — including from us.
One Charity, Named on the Pledge
Your pledge names the charity it funds, and every contribution it produces is recorded against that charity with the miles it was counted from.

ESG and wellbeing reporting
Quarterly reports covering activity levels, health impact and carbon equivalent. None of it exists — today your dashboard is the report, and you read the figures off it yourself.

Your logo and colours on a challenge. Not built: a challenge today carries a title, a description, a cover image, a goal, dates, a charity and a visibility setting.
Employee charity choice
Letting your people vote on the cause, or split between several. Not built: a pledge names one charity, and a contribution is recorded against that one.
